Acceptable Usage Policy
What is not allowed:
All services provided by ReadyDedis, LLC may only be used for lawful practices, and purposes. The laws applied to the state of Delaware, USA.
Every customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ReadyDedis, LLC from any claims resulting from the use of our services. In addition, the use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is adamantly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted material. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account.

File Hosting or Media Streaming:
ReadyDedis is not for file hosting and distribution - as such, customers may not host any files larger than 50MB in size that are observed to be available for the sole purpose of download.
Such files include but are not limited to ISO, Video(s), Audio(s) and other applications executables.
Dedicated servers and exempt from this policy.

Spamming
Sending unsolicited bulk and/or commercial information over the Internet.
It is not only harmful because of its negative impact on consumer attitudes towards ReadyDedis, but also because it can overload our network and cause service distruption other subscribers.
Also, maintaining an open SMTP relay is prohibited. When a complaint is received, we will investigate and shutdown the account that is SPAMing.
A $250 charge for violating this policy will be charged to the person initiating the SPAM.
Furthermore ReadyDedis reserves the right to prosecute the subscriber for this violation. A $1.00 charge will be assessed PER EMAIL sent should ReadyDedis choose to pursue and prosecute.
Abuse policy:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our servers with or without notice.
Failure to respond to email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All abuse issues must be dealt with via support ticket/email and will have a response within 48 hours.

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita):
Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended immediately without notice.
Violations will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Abuse Complaint Fee
ReadyDedis has a zero tolernance for abuse. As such any abuse complaint received will be charged a fee of $30 USD/IP/Incident.
Unmetered Bandwidth Plans ( Cloud Instances )
These plans are shared among several customers and intended for common day to day usage.
As such acceptable use of the port is set to be around 10% of the port capacity at any given time with short bursts.
Continuous extreme usage may result in port rate limiting or suspension at our discretion.
If the usage is related to migrating from another services, a prior notice should be provided to the team for the same.
