1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ReadyDedis, LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ReadyDedis provides cloud VPS hosting, dedicated server hosting, AWS consulting, and server management services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance according to your selected billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Credits may be issued for qualifying downtime events.

6. Data and Backups

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we offer backup services, they are provided as a convenience and do not replace your obligation to maintain independent copies of your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyDedis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. Upon termination, you must retrieve your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
