• Unauthorized access to systems or networks (hacking)
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• Hosting phishing sites or engaging in fraud
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• DDoS attacks or participation in botnets
• Cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
• Child exploitation material (zero tolerance)

3. Resource Usage

Services must be used within allocated resource limits. Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers may result in throttling or suspension. Contact us to upgrade if you need additional resources.

4. Network Abuse

Network abuse including but not limited to IP spoofing, port scanning, and network flooding is prohibited. All network activity must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your servers. We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy without prior notice.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, service suspension, or immediate termination depending on severity. Repeated violations will result in permanent account termination. No refunds will be issued for policy violations.
